hi-tea with moimoi and brother before we did abit of shopping at best denki, as he has got a total of $2000 cash vouchers to spend from his company! its just so in time for mi who needed a all-in-one printed so much and moimoi needed a new blender too! hohohoho. so we bought wat we wanted except for him who wanted to get a Nokia 8800 or 8850 or something like that at $1700, unfortunately it was out of stock!
its the 1st time that i was having hi-tea with my brother in fact, lol.

moimoi's friend came to visit her and their children again & dinner was at Si Chun Dou Hua Reastaurant at UOB Plaza, 62th floor. i didnt know theres a restaurant high up in UOB Plaza until my brother told mi that he made a reservation there can!
it has got super good night sceneries looking out of the windows, the food was fantastic and best of all, its buffet-ala-clark basis, about $60 per pax inclusive of 7% GST and 15% Service charge.
